 Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned enterprise accounts and build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.  Monitor account health and client priorities while proactively coordinating internal teams to address risks and keep engagements aligned.  Support account growth by contributing to planning activities new statements of work renewals and revenue forecasting.  Partner closely with delivery leaders and cross-functional teams to track scope milestones budgets and execution quality across active programs.  Develop commercial and leadership capabilities while contributing to mentorship knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within Client Services.
