Requirements
- Experienced Infrastructure or Cloud Engineer across cloud and on prem platforms
- Strong hands on experience with Infrastructure as Code particularly Terraform
- Full ownership of complex high impact incidents with clear communication and root cause analysis
- Strong troubleshooting across networking compute storage and application layers
- Proactive monitoring and improvement mindset to prevent service affecting issues
- Passion for automation continuous improvement and reducing manual effort
- Collaborative working with Service Security and Professional Services teams
- Natural mentor who supports and develops others
- Full working rights in the UK

Day to day
- Designs delivers and supports secure scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure
- Maintains and troubleshoots automated environments using Terraform state management and version control
- Owns major incidents end to end with structured troubleshooting root cause analysis and clear stakeholder communication
- Monitors optimises and improves platform reliability scalability and operational efficiency while reducing manual effort
