Requirements
- 8+ years of cloud engineering experience with strong AWS focus and production infrastructure ownership
- Hands-on experience with EC2 S3 RDS VPC Lambda IAM CloudFormation CloudWatch and Route 53
- Experience managing multi-account AWS environments using AWS Organizations
- Knowledge of AWS networking including VPC peering Direct Connect and VPN
- Scripting experience in Python Bash PowerShell or Node.js
- Infrastructure as code experience with CloudFormation Terraform or AWS CDK
- CI/CD experience with Jenkins GitLab CI AWS CodePipeline or CodeBuild
- Containerization experience with Docker Kubernetes ECS and EKS
- AWS security experience with IAM Shield WAF encryption and key management
- Familiarity with HIPAA GDPR PCI DSS or similar compliance frameworks
- Experience with AWS database services including RDS DynamoDB Aurora and Redshift
- Monitoring and logging experience with CloudWatch CloudTrail AWS Config Prometheus Grafana or New Relic
- US citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Day to day
- Design cloud architectures that support federal healthcare modernization in AWS GovCloud
- Create architecture diagrams data flow diagrams transition diagrams and high level infrastructure and application diagrams
- Build operate and refine CI/CD automation infrastructure monitoring and cloud security posture across multi-account AWS environments
