Requirements
- 5 years of cloud infrastructure experience
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience building infrastructure automation with Terraform
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automated application deployment
- Working proficiency and communication skills in written and verbal English
Nice to have
- Experience operating highly available systems at scale
- Experience designing and developing Kubernetes-based application platforms
- Familiarity with GitOps practices and tooling for infrastructure automation
- Knowledge of industry best practices with regard to infrastructure security
- Systematic problem-solving approach
- Effective communication skills
- Interest and ability to learn new software development skills and techniques
Day to day
- Deliver core infrastructure the Develocity engineering teams depend on
- Maintain and enhance our Kubernetes-based application platform
- Improve our infrastructure monitoring and incident management
- Operate hosted Develocity instances for popular OSS projects and customers
- Collaborate with the DevProd team to provide robust continuous delivery practices
- Collaborate with the Security team to deliver secure infrastructure
