Requirements
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years consulting experience with Senior Consultant level readiness
- Strong business change and transformation experience across multiple industries or programmes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement facilitation and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business value from change
- Comfortable across the full change lifecycle from future-state shaping to adoption and embedding
- Strong written verbal and visual communication skills

Day to day
- Lead and deliver business change and transformation workstreams from discovery through to adoption and sustainment.
- Partner with clients to shape change strategies that align people processes technology and business goals.
- Use data insight and emerging technologies including AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making delivery effectiveness and client outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with creative teams to build engaging change experiences while developing client capability and supporting business growth.
