- Proven commercial background in consulting, sales, buying, or procurement
- Love negotiation with anecdotes to share
- Willing to travel extensively, 75-80% of the time
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

- Enthusiastic and get energy from being in front of an audience
- Self-assured and enjoy delivering training and advisory services

Day to day
- Deliver renowned behavioral change workshops to world’s biggest brands and C-Suite leaders
- Develop negotiation skills for pricing, mergers & acquisitions, trade union disputes, and stakeholder management
- Receive impactful feedback from delegates trained and coached
- Deliver workshops both virtually and in person (expect travel)
- Coach clients from previous workshops and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth by winning new business and upselling existing clients
