  • Proven commercial background in consulting, sales, buying, or procurement
  • Love negotiation with anecdotes to share
  • Willing to travel extensively, 75-80% of the time
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Talent for reading individuals and flexing style for different personality types
  • Enthusiastic and get energy from being in front of an audience
  • Self-assured and enjoy delivering training and advisory services
  • Growth mindset and seek out learning opportunities
  • Genuine desire to develop clients both support and challenge them
  • Commercially savvy, able to identify and close opportunities with new and existing clients

What the job involves

  • Deliver renowned behavioral change workshops to world’s biggest brands and C-Suite leaders
  • Develop negotiation skills for pricing, mergers & acquisitions, trade union disputes, and stakeholder management
  • Receive impactful feedback from delegates trained and coached
  • Deliver workshops both virtually and in person (expect travel)
  • Coach clients from previous workshops and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive revenue growth by winning new business and upselling existing clients
