Who you are

• Full or part qualified Accountant focused on Business Central financial systems technology transformation and change
• Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate
• Management consulting experience ideally in the Public Sector
• Working knowledge of finance ERP systems for solving business problems
• Consulting experience in leading, managing and delivering projects
• People management experience
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 Agile or ITIL methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience engaging and managing stakeholders
• Creative and effective problem-solving abilities
• Positive proactive and solution-seeking attitude

What the job involves

• Offer finance ERP systems consultancy with a focus on Business Central
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Business Central across various clients
• Design, coordinate, and sign off on project plans
• Evaluate and understand business processes, prepare requirements and process maps
• Convert client requirements to functional specifications and design documents
• Weekly progress reporting on projects
• Resolve issues and manage change controls during project rollouts
• Create and deliver client work packages including business plans, requirements gathering, report writing, and finance system design
