Requirements
- Significant experience leading complex programmes in a consulting or delivery environment
- Proven ability to operate at senior stakeholder and SLT level
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing programme financials
- Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Confidence leading teams and handling challenging delivery environments
- Deep experience across programme initiation and business case development
- Planning resourcing and risk management
- Agile and/or waterfall delivery approaches
- Stakeholder management at senior and executive level
- Monitoring delivery managing change and closing programmes successfully
- Experience in public sector transformation and ERP programmes is highly desirable

Day to day
- Lead complex client programmes as a trusted and credible advisor to senior stakeholders
- Own programme delivery from discovery and diagnosis through planning execution and closure

- Support client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities to grow accounts
