Day to day
- Own and maintain clear customer-ready documentation for public safety integration deliveries, including CAD and RMS content.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and cross-functional SMEs to draft edit and finalize integration overviews implementation guides checklists and release notes.
- Organize complex technical input into consistent reusable polished content that follows Octave standards templates and style guidance.
