Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer Motion Designer or multidisciplinary Creative
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute motion graphics animations and microinteractions
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion work 3D or multimedia projects and brand identity design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite After Effects Figma Blender Cinema 4D or similar
- Experience designing for web mobile and emerging platforms such as AR VR or interactive installations
- Understanding of creative workflows in a tech-driven environment
- Basic skills in UI design and component-based interfaces
- Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Bonus experience with real-time rendering tools Unity Unreal Engine or WebGL frameworks

Day to day
- Lead the creative direction and execution of graphic and motion-based assets across multiple projects and platforms.
- Design and animate motion graphics and microinteractions for websites mobile apps and video content while shaping immersive visual experiences.
- Develop 3D assets animations brand identities and visual systems in collaboration with designers developers and multidisciplinary teams.
