Role


Who you are

  • Understand mobile applications and SaaS delivery models
  • High level of customer satisfaction
  • Learn in-depth about the product
  • Validate customer-specific fixes and releases
  • Gather and act on customer feedback
  • Strong SQL skills, Python/Java scripting, Unix skills
  • Experience with Mobile Apps and MDM Solutions (MS-Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron, Citrix)
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools (ArchSight, Splunk)
  • Familiarity with Cloud Architecture (AWS, Linux Containers/Docker, OpenStack, PostgreSQL, Kafka)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent engineering degree
  • 5+ years experience with Enterprise software solutions and in customer support roles
  • Experience in supporting cloud-based web applications
  • Skills in Python, Java, and SQL scripting
  • 1-3 years experience with mobile application infrastructure
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills

Desirables

  • Experience with SIEM tools
  • Familiarity with Cloud Architecture
  • Knowledge of MDM Solutions
  • Mobile app delivery knowledge



What the job involves

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for customers using Zimperium’s solutions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by diagnosing and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Engineering teams to address customer problems
