Who you are

  • 5+ years of previous experience in a similar role within technical operations teams, preferably in the IT&T industry
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
  • High attention to detail for accurate documentation and processes
  • Ability to manage quoting, ordering, and procurement processes
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills, especially under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly
  • Analytical mindset to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Demonstrates responsibility and accountability in tasks and projects
  • Global teamwork abilities and flexibility for early or late calls as needed

What the job involves

  • Maintain ongoing engagement with global clients, including onboarding new clients, conducting service reviews, and managing assigned projects
  • Prepare and review monthly Client Service Review reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timely and within scope delivery, meeting both client expectations and Coevolve objectives
