- Proven track record delivering end to end projects
- Understanding of business processes and how the system delivers them
- Experience running discovery sessions workshops and producing functional specs
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders at all levels
- Confident credible communicator
- Able to balance delivery quality with commercial awareness

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations from discovery through go-live and client adoption
- Run workshops gather requirements and translate business needs into practical scalable functional solutions
- Work closely with developers guide clients on best practice deliver training and build trusted client relationships
