Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and previous CRM versions.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI Power Automate AI Builder Model Canvas apps) is required.
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM SDK for custom workflow activities plugins and client-side scripting.
• Knowledge in SQL Server developing SQL queries and stored <![CDATA[procedures.
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Excellent communication presentation and time management skills.

What the job involves

• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions from 2011 to 365.
• Develop plugins and integration points specifically for D365 solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate D365 solutions with web portal solutions using The Portal Connector.
• Work alongside network engineers on Dynamics 365 CE Cloud and on-premise CRM architectures and installations.
• Research and analyze client requirements to design and recommend effective solutions.
• Assist in the development of new products as a key member of the professional services team.
