- BS with 7+ years relevant industry experience or MS in Computer Science with 5+ years relevant industry experience
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms distributed computing data structures and databases
- Fluency with at least one of Go Java Python C++ Scala or SQL
- 5+ years of experience on very large scale analytics or ML systems development
- 2+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform tools
- 2+ years of experience with Hadoop technologies
- Experience in data modeling schema design ETL and data analysis

Day to day
- Design and build production-grade streaming and batch data pipelines with near-real-time latency
- Improve large-scale data infrastructure for machine learning and deep learning across petabyte-scale systems
- Develop data quality monitoring anomaly detection and reconciliation systems to support revenue operations
- Create feature engineering real-time feature serving and batch feature computation for predictive analytics
- Write complex queries and software programs for analytics data mining and troubleshooting
- Lead data investigations and maintain released systems across distributed data platforms
