Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Expertise in data architecture and business intelligence systems
- ELT development data transformation data modeling report design and BI dashboard development
- Excellent programming skills with Python or Java
- Strong relational database skills including design scalability and SQL
- Experience querying and extracting data from databases
- Strong understanding of ETL data structures metadata and workflow management
- Ability to solve complex data and technology problems
- Excellent communication skills to present data driven insights and technical approach
- B.S. in computer science engineering or related degree
- Experience with Agile software development such as scrum or Kanban
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with enterprise class software release experience and SaaS short product life cycles
- Strong analytical skills and detailed oriented mindset
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic and team oriented environment

Day to day
- Designs and builds data architecture and software to capture manage store and utilize structured and unstructured data
- Develops robust ELT and transformation solutions to support customer-centric healthcare platform integration
- Leads technical requirements gathering and partners with cross functional teams to deliver secure reliable high-quality production systems
