Requirements
- STEM undergraduate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or STEM graduate degree with 2+ years of post-graduation experience in Analytics Measurement Data Operations or consulting roles focused on digital analytics implementations
- Experience with relational and NoSQL data management systems such as BigTable HBase Cassandra or MongoDB
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with exploratory data analysis using Jupyter Notebook Pandas and matplotlib
- Demonstrated ability to develop ongoing technical solutions with documentation and team training
- Experience translating business requirements into data solutions through hands-on discovery and exploration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience building and deploying applications on a cloud platform preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Ability to influence and apply data standards policies and procedures

Day to day
- Drive the data strategy for collection pipelines usage and infrastructure across streaming products.
- Build and refine large-scale pipelines that improve raw data quality and turn traffic and user behavior into actionable insights.
- Partner with product BI engineering and field teams to design data ingestion storage and implementation approaches while mentoring junior colleagues.
