- Strong portfolio of shipped product work showing design taste and craft
- Strong UX and visual design ability from concept through high-fidelity execution
- Deep proficiency in Figma and shared component libraries
- Solid frontend engineering skills in modern React and TypeScript
- Fluency with AI-assisted design and development
- Instinct for building AI-native interfaces
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and owning outcomes end to end
Nice to have
- Motion design chops
- Illustration ability
- Developer platform experience
Day to day
- Own the visual and interaction design of core product surfaces and build them in production React and TypeScript
- Set the UX bar across the product by refining interaction states motion hierarchy and information density
- Turn rough product ideas into polished high fidelity experiences and shape the design system as the product grows
- Partner closely with engineering marketing and sales to move from concept to shipped experience without waiting for a spec
