Requirements
- Strong portfolio of shipped product work demonstrating design taste and craft
- Genuine UX and visual design ability from concept through high fidelity execution
- Deep proficiency in Figma including low fidelity exploration high fidelity design and shared component libraries
- Solid frontend engineering skills building production interfaces in modern React and TypeScript
- Fluency with AI assisted design and development and instinct for AI native interfaces
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and owning outcomes end to end
Nice to have
- Motion design chops
- Illustration ability
- Developer platform experience
Day to day
- Own the visual and interaction design of core product surfaces and build them in production React and TypeScript
- Set the UX bar across the product with careful attention to interaction states motion hierarchy and detail
- Take rough product ideas and turn them into polished high fidelity experiences through fast prototyping and collaboration
- Shape and steward the design system and visual language so quality scales as the product grows
- Partner directly with engineering marketing and sales to move from concept to shipped experience with minimal handoff
