- Fluency with AI assisted design and development
- Instinct for building AI native interfaces
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and owning outcomes end to end

Day to day
- Own the visual and interaction design of core product surfaces and build them in production React and TypeScript
- Set the bar for UX quality across the product through thoughtful interaction states motion hierarchy and polished details
- Turn rough product ideas into high fidelity experiences prototype quickly and collaborate cross functionally to ship end to end
