Requirements
- 5–8+ years of professional design experience preferably in an agency or creative studio environment
- Experience supporting creative pitches or high-stakes client presentations
- Experience in logo and visual identity design brand guide buildouts and evolving or refreshing brand guidelines
- Mastery of core design tools including Figma Photoshop Illustrator and After Effects
- Deep experience designing presentations across Google Slides Keynote and PowerPoint
- Advanced skills in design compositing image manipulation and visual storytelling
- Advanced proficiency in AI-assisted design workflows including generative image and layout tools
- Understanding of production design constraints for print merch OOH and experiential formats
- Clear communicator and thoughtful collaborator across disciplines
- Ability to think conceptually while executing with precision and speed

Day to day
- Design high-impact creative presentations from scratch using custom layouts templates and visual systems
- Elevate refine and polish decks created by other teams while maintaining consistency clarity and taste
- Translate creative ideas into compelling visual stories proof-of-concept mockups and persuasive narratives
- Create logos visual identity systems and brand guidelines across multiple formats and collaborate closely with cross-functional creative teams
