Requirements
- Proficiency in UI Design, JavaScript, HTML and CSS absolutely required
- Familiarity with Java, database technologies (SQL), model-view-controller architecture and implementation, and REST services
- Above moderate levels of English speaking, writing, and reading comprehension, active listening, critical thinking, problem solving, analysis, programming, troubleshooting, leadership, and judgment
- Understanding of secure coding practices and web security
- Ability to develop responsive web applications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors’ degree in Graphic Design or Interactive Media
- Ten or more years of experience in graphic design with emphasis in digital media Or combination of equivalent experience, education, and training
- Proficiency in MS Office Products, Adobe Creative Suite, UI tools (Figma, Sketch, XD)
- High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted strategic projects in conjunction with day-to-day tactical activities
- Ability to get along and work with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, flexible
- Prioritizes and models good communication skills, follows up, timely responses, proactive and positive in approach

Day to day
- As a Senior Designer, you will work collaboratively to inspire and mentor, leading other designers in producing highly creative designs and concepts in various digital formats to meet strategic marketing goals and campaigns
- An in-depth knowledge of graphic design and communication in digital media is essential to this role, including experience in communicating design direction, understanding digital marketing trends and best practices as they apply to digital media
- The ideal candidate will be expected to have a strong understanding and demonstrable experience in design, layout, typography, branding and the ability to convert concepts into functional deliverables using semantic, compliance-based markup that makes it all work
- Turn design into functioning code
- Experience in user interface design (UI) and an understanding of user experience (UX) core concepts preferred
- Ideal candidate would have experience providing art direction in a collaborative manner and facilitating tasks leading to the teams success
