About The Role

The PrizePicks Creative Collective is looking for someone who's fast enough, precise enough, and versatile enough to touch nearly everything the brand puts out. The Creative Collective is a small, high-conviction team built around one standard: commit fully or not at all. We move fast, debate hard, and once a call is made, we stand behind it together.

This role will assist with brand campaigns, Paid UA, social content, product marketing, CRM, partner and event collateral, whatever the business needs next. You are an absolute monster on the keys. You design, you animate, and you execute at a speed and precision most people can't match, and you do it without sacrificing craft.

If you've spent your career being the fastest, sharpest hands in every room you've been in and you're ready to prove it across an entire brand, not just one channel, this is it.

How We Work

Lead with conviction — Be Iverson

Bring work you believe in and have a strong POV. Authenticity matters more than the idea itself. If the idea could live with another brand's logo on it, it doesn't belong here. We'd rather refine a bold idea than try to save a safe one.

↳ Not: "This is just an option" or over-explaining to compensate for weak belief

Sharpen Each Other — Be Pharrell

Value direct feedback and be comfortable in conflict. Debate makes the work better. Once a call is made, we move together. Mediocre work is a collective failure, not an individual one.

↳ Not: Silent agreement followed by side conversations or ego-driven critique

Execute under pressure — Be Jordan

The standard does not change when the moment does. We move with precision and continually refine our judgment. Practice or clutch time, you show up with the same intensity.

↳ Not: "We didn't have time" or overcomplicating simple calls

Show Up Fully — Be Virgil

Show up wherever you are needed, whenever you are needed, without hesitation. Not for credit — for the outcome. It's not about doing everything. It's about doing what's required to make it right.

↳ Not: "That's not my job" or trying to protect your role over protecting the work

What You'll Do

Execute at a speed most people can't match

Design and animate a wide range of assets — campaign visuals, social content, product marketing, CRM, partner and event collateral — often in the same weekMove from brief to finished, on-brand asset fast, without needing every decision spelled outOwn motion as a core skill — You’re just as quick in figma as you are in after effects.

Touch nearly everything the brand puts out

Partner with whichever team or stakeholder needs design support that week — Brand, Social, Product Marketing, Events, and beyondTranslate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, and immediately understandableSet the standard for design quality across the assets you touch, not just your own work

Build and protect the system

Work inside the PrizePicks design system, and work with the Art Director, Brand to help evolve it as the brand growsKeep brand guidelines consistent across every touchpoint you touch, no matter how fast the timelineBuild reusable templates and components so the team can move faster without starting from scratch every time

Stay sharp and stay current

Research and bring in the latest design, motion, and social trends before they go staleBring a real point of view on sports and culture — this is a sports-first and culture inspired brand and it should show in the workPush for better craft even when nobody's asking for it

Who You Are

An absolute monster on the keys — you design, you animate, and you execute fast, and your speed never comes at the cost of precisionA self-starter — you don't need a perfect brief to start movingVersatile by nature — one day it's a campaign key visual, the next it's a motion piece, and you're equally dangerous at bothDetail-oriented under pressure — fast-paced, deadline-driven environments bring out your best work, not your worstCollaborative — you work well with other designers, copywriters, and creative directors without needing to own every decisionGenuinely into sports and culture — it's not research, it's just what you're into
