Requirements
- 5+ years of product or UX design experience with a portfolio showing complex multi-step user flows
- Strong proficiency in Figma including component libraries auto-layout and prototyping
- Experience designing data-dense compliance-sensitive or regulated products
- Ability to conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions
- Solid understanding of interaction design principles and responsive web design
- Clear and confident communicator able to present work defend decisions and incorporate feedback
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced fully remote environment

Day to day
- Own end-to-end design for core investor and issuer-facing product experiences, from discovery through polished delivery
- Design complex workflows such as investor onboarding, KYC/AML, portfolio dashboards, and secondary market trading experiences
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define scope, explore tradeoffs, and deliver intuitive, trustworthy solutions
- Lead user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to ground decisions in real user needs
- Contribute to and evolve the design system while translating regulatory constraints into elegant user-friendly interfaces
