  • 5+ years of relevant graphic design or similar experience in-house or agency
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts Communications Design or related field
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience with motion graphics animation tools or generative AI tools is a plus
  • Strong portfolio showing creativity attention to detail and diverse design work
  • Strong communication presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Day to day

  • Shape and evolve the company's visual identity across marketing touchpoints
  • Design compelling digital and print assets including website graphics social content email templates advertisements brochures presentations and event collateral
  • Collaborate with brand product marketing design and engineering teams to turn business objectives into impactful visual stories
  • Create custom iconography visuals animations templates and website assets that align with brand guidelines and engage target audiences
  • Manage multiple projects communicate design concepts to stakeholders and refine work based on feedback
