Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Ability to learn and work in unfamiliar languages frameworks or platforms
- Strong SQL and relational database skills
- Experience building system integrations such as APIs file-based exchanges ERP connectivity or similar
- Comfort working with legacy code and improving it confidently
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Security awareness integrated into day-to-day work
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Day to day
- Build and maintain business application features across a multi-platform technology stack
- Design and implement integrations between internal systems external partners APIs and data pipelines
- Apply modern development practices including clean code modular design SQL-first data access and structured testing to legacy and modern systems
- Serve as a technical resource on complex projects and contribute to design decisions through to delivery
- Identify opportunities to modernize existing systems and collaborate with IT project management QA and business stakeholders
- Learn maintain and expand RPG applications as part of a broader development role
