Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud and Azure DevOps
- Experience deploying highly available scalable and resilient applications and infrastructure
- Strong problem determination and complex issue diagnosis skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile applications
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting using logs application monitoring and synthetic monitoring
- Scripting experience with Python PowerShell and C#
- Experience with ITSM ITIL and ISO 27001
- Experience deploying infrastructure as code with Pulumi preferred
- Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and AKS
- Experience with Microsoft SQL and Cosmos DB

Day to day
- Support and maintain production and non-production applications across the ecommerce and digital estate
- Own deployment pipelines and help deliver reliable secure and scalable digital services
- Work closely with development IT teams and third-party providers to improve monitoring security performance and operational excellence
- Mentor peers promote best practices and drive continuous optimisation across platforms and processes
