- Strong hands-on experience with Backstage IDP frameworks
- Harness experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in React TypeScript and Python
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures APIs and microservices CI/CD and DevSecOps practices
- Experience leading platform engineering teams
- Ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes

Day to day
- Drive end-to-end delivery of IDP platform capabilities from design through build, deploy, and support.
- Lead engineering efforts across Backstage and Harness based platform architecture with a strong focus on reliability and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership to onshore and offshore teams while improving developer experience and measurable platform outcomes.
