Requirements
- At least 5 years agency experience as a UX UI designer with a strong portfolio showing creative range and design thinking
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working in or working knowledge of Framer
- Deep understanding of design systems interaction design and user centred design
- Strong wireframing skills and ability to translate complex information architecture into usable website structures
- Experience designing responsive experiences across multiple breakpoints
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts internally and to clients
- Experience leading projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of HTML and CSS and how ideas are implemented in final products
- Ability to interpret and apply existing brand guidelines to digital products
- Excellent eye for typography layout and hierarchy with awareness of current trends
- Detail oriented great at problem solving and able to prioritise and multi task

Day to day
- Design engaging digital experiences for websites ecommerce and apps with a strong UX UI focus
- Create branding graphic design pitch decks and animation alongside digital product work
- Translate business needs user requirements and technical constraints into intuitive high quality designs while owning projects end to end
- Collaborate closely with developers and creative colleagues to refine ideas and deliver polished commercially effective output
