- 5 or more years of design experience in-house consultancy or agency
- Extensive experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

- Understanding of no-code tools and enterprise CMS platforms
- Ability to design for Webflow Framer Sitecore Adobe Experience Manager or Headless WordPress
- Strong presentation skills and client engagement ability
