Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in Digital Analytics Marketing Operations Digital Operations Performance Marketing MarTech or related discipline
  • Proven ability to connect digital activity to commercial outcomes including lead generation pipeline growth customer acquisition retention and recurring revenue
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI GA4 paid media platforms web analytics and digital performance reporting
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce HubSpot Marketo Active Campaign or equivalent technologies
  • Demonstrated success building and optimising measurement frameworks attribution models campaign tracking and digital performance infrastructure
  • Experience managing digitally generated lead journeys and performance measurement across the funnel from lead generation through to revenue
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems including CRM analytics tracking customer data and activation platforms
  • Experience operating across multiple markets regions or business units with the ability to establish consistent ways of working at scale
  • Ability to translate complex performance data into clear recommendations and action plans for senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record influencing cross-functional teams and driving accountability for performance improvements
  • Comfortable working with technical teams including data engineering platform and development teams to improve data quality tracking and reporting capabilities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership teams
  • Highly analytical commercially minded and naturally curious with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence

Day to day

  • Own and evolve the digital analytics operating model across paid media web CRM and conversion channels.
  • Translate performance data into prescriptive actions that improve lead journeys campaign effectiveness and recurring revenue growth.
  • Partner with local digital leads and BU teams to standardise ways of working lift performance and support global digital transformation.
