Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources Business Finance Accounting or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards Compensation Benefits or Payroll leadership experience
  • Experience supporting 1000+ employees across multiple locations
  • Industrial services construction manufacturing equipment rental logistics or field services experience preferred
  • Experience leading compensation strategy benefits administration and payroll governance
  • CCP CEBS SHRM-SCP SPHR or CPP certifications preferred

Day to day

  • Lead enterprise Total Rewards strategy across compensation benefits and payroll for a growing industrial services organization
  • Develop and execute compensation philosophy salary structures pay bands job grades and annual planning programs
  • Oversee benefits design vendor management payroll governance compliance analytics and HR technology improvements
  • Partner with Finance Operations HR and executive leadership to support workforce planning acquisitions and scalable programs
