Requirements

12–15+ years in product management or digital experience leadership
Proven success growing end-to-end digital products at scale
Strong product craft in discovery roadmaps prioritization execution and analytics
Experience applying AI to transform product practices
Strong people leadership development and coaching ability
Experience with multi-channel experiences web mobile and AI-supported
Ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes
Strong data fluency and decision-making skills
Experience in complex or regulated environments
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Lead the DIY experience portfolio across desktop mobile online assisted and AI-enabled tax filing journeys.
