• Enabling customers or support to input details of 3rd party telephony providers to generate necessary configuration files
• Proactive monitoring and alerting for system issues
• Enabling customers to view telephony status and generate reports via the portal
• Driving use of VoIP technologies to deliver leading capabilities
• Ensuring quick secure consistent shipping, installation, and configuration of equipment
• Acting as a subject matter expert and mentor for telephony and VoIP
