Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Playwright and experience building maintainable automation frameworks
- Experience with GxP validation practices including traceability matrices and validation summary reports
- Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 GCP or similar regulatory frameworks for software systems
- Curiosity about AI tooling in testing including LLM-assisted test generation and failure analysis
- Solid engineering fundamentals including debugging across the stack and reading production code
- Clear communication skills for explaining test strategy and risk tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 5+ years of software or QA engineering experience with depth in test automation

Day to day
- Build and evolve the end-to-end test automation framework using Playwright across UI API and integration layers
- Author and maintain release validation documentation to support regulated software compliance and quality assurance
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to shift quality left surface risk early and improve CI/CD quality gates
- Explore AI-assisted testing approaches including LLM-based test generation and intelligent failure triage to expand coverage and reduce manual effort
