Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of UI/UX application development experience
- Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript including functional components and hooks
- Strong foundation in HTML5 and CSS3 for responsive production interfaces
- Experience with API-driven applications and asynchronous data handling
- Practical experience with client-side routing and navigation patterns
- Proven ability to work within and improve existing frontend codebases
- Understanding of application state management concepts
- Proficiency with Git-based version control and collaborative workflows
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills using browser developer tools
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative agile engineering environment

Day to day
- Own enterprise UX outcomes for workflow and analytics journeys across multiple personas and devices.
- Design and build modular frontend applications with React and modern JavaScript for scalable enterprise use.
- Lead frontend architecture, design system governance, and production-quality delivery with strong performance and accessibility standards.
- Partner with backend, QA, product, and platform teams to support cloud-native deployment, observability, and ongoing improvement.
