Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
- 12 or more years of software engineering software product development or digital R&D experience
- At least 8 years managing coaching or developing software engineers
- Experience leading customer-facing commercial software products
- Strong experience with C# .NET Azure and Microsoft full-stack development
- Working knowledge of modern web cloud and desktop application development
- Experience with Agile methods and delivery process improvement
- Proven success hiring retaining and leading technical talent
- Experience with secure software development cybersecurity risk assessment threat modeling or risk mitigation
- Ability to travel occasionally and reside in the Continental United States

Day to day
- Lead and coach software engineers technical leads and engineering managers in a remote product development environment
- Oversee planning delivery and support for new features platform enhancements and customer-impacting issues
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Architecture QA DevOps Security and executives to set priorities and guide secure scalable reliable solutions
