Requirements
- Experience managing backend data or platform engineering teams with a track record of shipping through the team
- Strong fundamentals in backend and distributed systems including data modeling API design queues streams and batch vs streaming tradeoffs
- Comfort with modern cloud infrastructure especially AWS containers and observability tooling
- Ability to lead through technical ambiguity and facilitate design discussions to convergence
- Clear written communication for roadmaps design docs and postmortems
- Ownership for team operations day to day

Day to day
- Lead the Data Processing Platform team responsible for transforming raw pentest telemetry into findings reports and actionable insights.
- Guide a major shift from batch processing to a real-time event-driven microservice architecture that streams findings as they are discovered.
- Partner closely with Product Attack Engineering and Platform teams to deliver continuous customer value while maintaining fidelity operational excellence and strong engineering practices.
