Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or similar discipline
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years in engineering management
- Hands-on expertise with React Next.js AWS Postgres and Kubernetes
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Strong experience with headless e-commerce Shopify and headless CMS platforms
- Experience owning subscription lifecycle optimization including trials pricing payment flows churn win-back and upsell/cross-sell
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- People management experience including hiring coaching mentoring and performance management

Day to day
- Lead a high-impact growth engineering team focused on user acquisition activation retention and revenue.
- Drive data-driven experimentation technical optimization and modern web and e-commerce initiatives across the subscription lifecycle.
- Partner with product design marketing data and technical leaders to define strategy roadmaps metrics and delivery plans while improving quality scalability and developer experience.
