Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or similar discipline
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • 3+ years in engineering management
  • Hands-on expertise with React Next.js AWS Postgres and Kubernetes
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Strong experience with headless e-commerce Shopify and headless CMS platforms
  • Experience owning subscription lifecycle optimization including trials pricing payment flows churn win-back and upsell/cross-sell
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • People management experience including hiring coaching mentoring and performance management

Day to day

  • Lead a high-impact growth engineering team focused on user acquisition activation retention and revenue.
  • Drive data-driven experimentation technical optimization and modern web and e-commerce initiatives across the subscription lifecycle.
  • Partner with product design marketing data and technical leaders to define strategy roadmaps metrics and delivery plans while improving quality scalability and developer experience.
