Requirements
- Lead one or more teams as both a technical lead and people manager in a fast-paced agile environment
- System design experience with incremental scalable and resilient solutions
- Leadership skills that balance people management and technical excellence
- Real world programming experience in Ruby Python or JavaScript node.js
- Experience with MVC frameworks such as Rails Django or Pyramid
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js
- SQL database experience with PostgreSQL MySQL or SQLite
- 3 plus years in a manager role
- 10 plus years of hands-on development experience

Day to day
- Lead multiple engineering pods and guide day-to-day delivery across backend and frontend work
- Partner closely with Tech Leads and Product Managers to shape architecture scope scheduling and release plans
- Coach engineers manage hiring onboarding and performance and help teams deliver high quality features
- Contribute to reviews documentation technical standards and incident support while improving agile practices
