Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
Professional-level English proficiency (B2 minimum).
Experience in recruitment personnel development and conflict resolution to foster team growth.
Ability to set and deliver on goals for both individual and team performance driven by KPIs.
Experience in fast-paced environments with adaptability to ambiguity and change.
Technical background in designing scalable and efficient software systems.
Proficiency in Java/Java Spring Boot and/or holistic SDLC knowledge.
GCP or other cloud experience is essential.

Lead and manage multiple engineering teams specializing in Java Sprint Boot Postgress Kubernetes React and PHP.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in application system design and architecture.
Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
Collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define product requirements.
Support global technology initiatives such as cloud transformation platforming work and leveraging AI.
Manage the hiring onboarding and development of team members ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Provide hands-on support in managing escalations meeting release dates and resolving incidents.
