Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Java Sprint Boot Postgres Kubernetes React and basic PHP knowledge.
  • 2+ years of experience leading high-performing Agile teams with a strong understanding of Agile principles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills proven in team management and mentorship.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
  • Professional-level English proficiency (B2 minimum).
  • Experience in recruitment personnel development and conflict resolution to foster team growth.
  • Ability to set and deliver on goals for both individual and team performance driven by KPIs.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with adaptability to ambiguity and change.
  • Technical background in designing scalable and efficient software systems.
  • Proficiency in Java/Java Spring Boot and/or holistic SDLC knowledge.
  • GCP or other cloud experience is essential.

What the job involves

  • Lead and manage multiple engineering teams specializing in Java Sprint Boot Postgress Kubernetes React and PHP.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in application system design and architecture.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define product requirements.
  • Support global technology initiatives such as cloud transformation platforming work and leveraging AI.
  • Manage the hiring onboarding and development of team members ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Provide hands-on support in managing escalations meeting release dates and resolving incidents.
