Requirements

- 5+ years in application development with full-stack experience
- Strong command of .NET and/or Java ecosystems
- Experience with React and/or Angular

- Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases
- Proven leadership experience guiding distributed engineering teams
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and plans
- Excellent communication skills with clients internal partners and technical teams
- Experience in integrated marketing digital agency marketing services or consulting environments is helpful
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to navigate ambiguous technical challenges

Day to day
- Lead full-stack engineering teams across onshore and offshore locations to deliver digital platforms websites and data solutions with quality and purpose.
- Translate client business needs into clear technical approaches and architectural decisions that are reliable scalable and secure.
- Collaborate with project management creative analytics strategy and data partners to align delivery plans technical execution and measurable outcomes.
- Contribute code troubleshoot issues and guide technical governance to keep complex client work moving and continuously improving.
