Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with architecture system design reliability security and production operations exposure
- 5+ years managing engineering teams managers senior engineers or technical leads
- Experience leading multiple teams or a medium sized engineering area through complex product platform infrastructure or modernization work
- Experience implementing and scaling responsible AI tool usage throughout the software development life cycle
- Strong technical judgment across distributed systems APIs cloud infrastructure CI CD testing observability incident management and secure software delivery
- Proven ability to partner with Product and Design to shape roadmaps manage scope and connect engineering work to customer and business outcomes
- Experience hiring coaching developing and performance managing engineering talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including explaining technical tradeoffs to technical and non technical audiences

Day to day

- Champion product innovation guide greenfield development and review major designs to ensure scalable simple maintainable secure observable and cost conscious decisions
