Requirements
- 3+ years of agency recruiting experience
- Required experience placing engineering roles such as mechanical electrical civil or manufacturing
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working fully remote
- Must be based in Texas

Day to day
- Source, recruit, and place engineering professionals across contract and direct-hire roles.
- Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer negotiation while building a strong talent pipeline.
