Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • Five or more years of progressive equity plan administration experience
  • Experience independently supporting a book of corporate clients
  • Experience supporting complex publicly traded companies
  • Strong knowledge of equity compensation programs and administrative processes
  • Experience with restricted stock stock options ESPP performance awards and corporate actions
  • Direct experience with Shareworks or another complex equity administration platform
  • Ability to interpret file layouts monitor data feeds and troubleshoot issues
  • Strong reporting reconciliation data management and analytical capabilities
  • Experience managing client relationships as a day to day client contact
  • Experience supporting audit control risk or compliance processes
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word PowerPoint Outlook and related business applications
  • Certified Equity Professional designation or ECA credential preferred

Day to day

  • Serve as the primary contact for equity plan administration across a book of corporate clients
  • Administer restricted stock options ESPP performance awards and related equity events with accuracy and urgency
  • Monitor data feeds reconcile records resolve inquiries and improve processes while protecting controls and client relationships
