Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Five or more years of progressive equity plan administration experience
- Experience independently supporting a book of corporate clients
- Experience supporting complex publicly traded companies
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation programs and administrative processes
- Experience with restricted stock stock options ESPP performance awards and corporate actions
- Direct experience with Shareworks or another complex equity administration platform
- Ability to interpret file layouts monitor data feeds and troubleshoot issues
- Strong reporting reconciliation data management and analytical capabilities
- Experience managing client relationships as a day to day client contact
- Experience supporting audit control risk or compliance processes
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word PowerPoint Outlook and related business applications
- Certified Equity Professional designation or ECA credential preferred

Day to day
- Serve as the primary contact for equity plan administration across a book of corporate clients
- Administer restricted stock options ESPP performance awards and related equity events with accuracy and urgency
- Monitor data feeds reconcile records resolve inquiries and improve processes while protecting controls and client relationships
