  • Experience managing high-volume high-stakes executive calendars in a remote environment
  • Business judgment to prioritize time using context
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR retention churn NRR budget cycles and headcount planning
  • Experience supporting Board members investors banking partners legal partners or senior business partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong coordination and process management skills
  • High professionalism discretion and confidentiality
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace Slack Zoom and collaboration tools

Day to day

  • Own the CFO's complex calendar and prioritize time around company goals Board needs investor meetings and Finance leadership moments
  • Prepare the CFO for key meetings by coordinating agendas pre-reads logistics and follow-through across internal and external stakeholders
  • Support Board investor banking and financing workstreams by managing schedules materials routing secure access and post-meeting actions
  • Assist Finance planning cycles and leadership forums with scheduling reminders action tracking and readiness support
  • Provide occasional scoped support to senior Finance leaders while maintaining confidentiality judgment and smooth communication
