Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 required
  • FINRA fingerprinting required
  • Certified Equity Professional CEP Level 1 required
  • Full CEP designation strongly preferred
  • 5–7 years of experience in equity compensation executive services or wealth management supporting high-level clients
  • Deep understanding of executive equity compensation plans Rule 10b5-1 trading and insider trading compliance
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to engage executive audiences
  • Demonstrated success in proactive client relationship management and consultative service delivery
  • Proficiency with CRM systems stock plan platforms Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision professionalism and confidentiality
  • Growth-oriented mindset with adaptability to changing business needs and service models

Day to day

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for C-suite and senior executive clients, delivering proactive and highly personalized equity support
  • Educate executives on complex compensation programs including RSUs stock options PSUs SARs and performance awards while translating technical and tax concepts into actionable guidance
  • Coordinate closely with Executive Services Personal Wealth legal and compliance partners to align planning strategies maintain SEC compliance and improve the executive client experience
