Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Certified Equity Professional CEP Level 1 required
- Full CEP designation strongly preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in equity compensation executive services or wealth management supporting high-level clients
- Deep understanding of executive equity compensation plans Rule 10b5-1 trading and insider trading compliance
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to engage executive audiences
- Demonstrated success in proactive client relationship management and consultative service delivery
- Proficiency with CRM systems stock plan platforms Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision professionalism and confidentiality

Day to day
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for C-suite and senior executive clients, delivering proactive and highly personalized equity support
- Educate executives on complex compensation programs including RSUs stock options PSUs SARs and performance awards while translating technical and tax concepts into actionable guidance
- Coordinate closely with Executive Services Personal Wealth legal and compliance partners to align planning strategies maintain SEC compliance and improve the executive client experience
