Requirements
- 4 to 6 years experience in UX Product Design or Experience Design
- Proven ownership of end-to-end customer journeys
- Strong user research skills including planning conducting and synthesising research independently
- Excellent UX writing and conversational design capability
- Experience in regulated or complex industries such as iGaming fintech or similar

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end player experience across registration onboarding gameplay and retention journeys
- Design and optimise customer journeys for a new digital gaming platform
- Lead user research and discovery activities to convert player insights into practical design improvements
- Create intuitive engaging and commercially effective experiences while balancing trust and compliance
- Work closely with Product Engineering Commercial and Design teams to shape product direction and build design culture
