Day to day
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including payroll invoicing and other transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards and prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
- Lead the budgeting and financial forecasting processes providing detailed analysis to support strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations and develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow ensuring adequate liquidity for business operations
- Oversee tax planning and compliance ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to develop pricing strategies for our products and services and analyze market trends and competitor pricing
- Manage and develop the accounting team fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
