What the job involves

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including payroll invoicing and other transactions
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards and prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
• Lead the budgeting and financial forecasting processes providing detailed analysis to support strategic decisions
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations and develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow ensuring adequate liquidity for business operations
• Oversee tax planning and compliance ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns
• Collaborate with the product and sales teams to develop pricing strategies for our products and services and analyze market trends and competitor pricing
• Manage and develop the accounting team fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
