Requirements
- Minimum 5 years PQE
- External Wall Risk Assessments experience
- Retrospective and design fire strategies experience
- Compartmentation Surveys experience
- Experience with large and small refurbishment and re-cladding projects
- Fire Protection work experience
- Member of IFE
- IEng CEng or F/MIFireE

Day to day
- Complete internal and external fire risk assessments using both visual and intrusive methods
- Advise clients on fire safety compliance across existing buildings and new build schemes
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop complex fire engineering designs and pragmatic remedial solutions
- Produce fire strategies fire safety management plans planning statements fire statements and support BSR applications
- Lead and support a growing team while liaising with clients contractors developers and other stakeholders
